The email containing your registration information is generated automatically, and will be sent to the e-mail address you entered while purchasing the software. If your email address is not valid you won't receive your registration information. If you are using spam blocking or email filtering, make sure that you can receive the email from MoRUN.net. You must take every reasonable precaution that no person is able to make unauthorized use of or gain unauthorized access to your registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and any damages resulting from all uses of your registration information, whether actually or expressly authorized by you, unless access to your activation information was obtained through no fault or negligence of your own. You agree to notify MoRUN.net of any unauthorized use of your registration information. MoRUN.net will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your registration information. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by MoRUN.net or another party due to someone else using your registration information. You may not use anyone else's Registration information without the permission. 7. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration information for MoRUN.net FormAutoFill is generated based on your system ID (User ID). If you have FormAutoFill without Upgrade Subscription and your system ID (User ID) has changed: • you reinstall your Operating System (OS); • you uninstall FormAutoFill from one PC and install it on another PC • or any other reasons and you need new registration information to re-register your software, you can contact Customer Service to reset your current registration information and generate registration informaiton for a new UserID but not more than twice (only two times). If you have already generated registration information twice and you need new registration information, you should purchase new license. If you have FormAutoFill with Upgrade Subscription and your system ID (User ID) has changed: • you reinstall your Operating System (OS); • you uninstall FormAutoFill from one PC and install it on another PC • or any other reasons and you need new registration information to re-register your software, you can contact Customer Service to reset your current registration information and generate registration informaiton for a new UserID but not more than twice a year (365 days) from the date when your Subsciption commences. If you need to generate more copies of registration information, you should purchase new license. 8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate the License Agreement without prior notice if we believe that you have violated any term of this License Agreement. In this case, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts. You agree that such termination will not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price or any other amounts paid under any circumstances whatsoever. In the event of termination by Customer, the fee paid under this agreement is not available for refund. 9. LANGUAGE This agreement, all documents relating to this agreement and all information provided by MoRUN.net shall be in English. We do also offer support and send registration information in English only. All requests written in other languages will be unanswered. 10. GENERAL This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and MoRUN.net. If any provision of this License Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this License Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
